Welcome to Smart Lending Solutions Private Limited ("SLSPL", "we", "our", or "us").
SLSPL is a financial services company acting as a channel partner for Banks, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), and other regulated financial institutions in India. We facilitate loan and credit applications on behalf of customers but do not act as the lender.

1. Purpose of Consent
You authorize Smart Lending Solutions Private Limited to assist you in applying for financial products, including but not limited to: Personal Loan, Home Loan, Car Loan, Gold Loan, Credit Card, Commercial/Business Loan, Loan Against Property, Working Capital Finance and Other loan and credit facilities offered by our partner financial institutions
2. Collection of Personal Information
You consent to SLSPL collecting and processing the information that you voluntarily provide, including:
Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, Residential Address, Date of Birth, PAN, Aadhaar (where voluntarily provided and legally permissible), Passport, Driving Licence, Voter ID or other identity documents, Employment and Income Details, Bank Details, Financial Information, Credit-related Information, Documents uploaded by you, Information received from credit bureaus, lenders, or verification agencies where authorized by you. You confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3. Purpose of Processing
Your personal information will be processed only for legitimate business purposes, including:
Evaluating your eligibility for financial products.,Verifying your identity and documents.
Processing loan or credit card applications.,Sharing your application with one or more partner Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, or regulated financial institutions, Conducting fraud prevention and risk assessment, Meeting legal, regulatory, audit, and compliance obligations,Providing customer support, Communicating application status and service updates.
4. Sharing of Personal Data
You authorize SLSPL to share your information, where necessary, with:
Banks,NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies, Credit Information Companies (Credit Bureaus), Identity verification agencies, KYC service providers, Payment service providers, Technology service providers engaged by SLSPL, Government or regulatory authorities where required by law. Such sharing shall be limited to the extent necessary for the purposes stated above.
5. Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) Consent
By providing your consent, you expressly agree that:
SLSPL may process your personal data only for the purposes disclosed in this notice or as otherwise permitted under applicable law.
Your consent is free, specific, informed, unconditional, and provided through a clear affirmative action.
You understand the purpose for which your personal data is being collected and processed.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting SLSPL using the details provided in the Privacy Policy or through the customer support channels. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before such withdrawal and may affect our ability to continue processing your application or providing services.
SLSPL will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purposes, comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, or enforce legal rights.

6. Credit Bureau & Verification Consent
You authorize SLSPL and its lending partners to:
Verify your identity and submitted documents., Obtain your credit report and credit score from Credit Information Companies, Verify employment, residence, banking, and financial information through authorized agencies where required, Contact your employer, references, or financial institutions where reasonably necessary for application processing.
7. Communication Consent
You agree to receive communications from SLSPL through:
Phone Calls, SMS, Email, WhatsApp, Mobile Notifications and Other electronic communication channels
These communications may relate to: Loan application updates, Documentation requirements, Verification requests, Service notifications, Financial product offers
Customer support, You may opt out of promotional communications at any time. Service-related communications necessary for processing your application may still be sent.
8. No Guarantee of Loan Approval
You acknowledge that:
SLSPL is only a loan facilitation partner., Submission of an application does not guarantee approval., Loan approval, interest rates, tenure, charges, and disbursement are determined solely by the respective lender., SLSPL does not influence or guarantee lending decisions.
9. Customer Declaration
You declare that:
You are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into this consent.
All information submitted by you is true, accurate, and complete.
The documents uploaded belong to you or are submitted with lawful authority.
You understand that providing false information may result in rejection of your application or action under applicable law.
10. Applicable Law
This consent shall be governed by the laws of India, including, where applicable:
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
The Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules.
RBI directions, circulars, and guidelines applicable to Banks, NBFCs, and Digital Lending arrangements, where relevant.
Any other applicable laws, regulations, or directions issued by competent authorities.
Any dispute arising from the use of this website or this consent shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where Smart Lending Solutions Private Limited has its registered office, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
